About Us

My mom used to make these caramels when I was little, with honey harvested by local farmers in our home state of Idaho. I remember the flavor still, they were the best caramels ever. Decades later I found the recipe in her cookbook and decided to try to make them myself, now using honey from our local farmers market in California. Eureka! Soft, smooth, creamy delicious…what’s not to like?!

I make in small batches, hand cut and wrap, and feature three flavors: the Original, Cinnamon and Spicy.
