Description
This is the original honey caramel made with wild flower honey. The darker the honey the more flavorful and rich the flavor. I have used honey from California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. People sometimes have sent me honey from their home town or state and asked that I make a batch using their honey. Which I have and they have all been delicious!
